Worst support ever👎
I was contacted the support 3 times! Never got a answer back! So I’m leaving this app an company GoCanvas. I’m does not recommend this app.👎

My company has been using the app for around 3 years now. The month price has gone from $50 to $115 a month and is set to go to $147 a month shortly. Also, they decided that monthly wasn’t good enough and want to bill you annually. They did all this with a 10 day notice and when you try to cancel you can’t. Can’t cancel online. Have to call or submit a ticket. When you call you can’t get through to billing. Only tech support. When you submit a ticket, they take days to get back to you and even then won’t answer your questions or help resolve the issue. In order to cancel you have to submit a written notice (yes written, sent via mail) 30 days prior to cancellation. They can’t cancel if you’re in the middle of a billing cycle though. And they can’t answer as to when you’re actually able to cancel. So overall, avoid this company and take your money elsewhere.
This app is outdated and has massive flaws.
Update:05/07/24 This app is not for small business or rare users. At $49 per user, per month, WITH a 3 user minimum, billed annually…$$1,764 Plus taxes! I am looking elsewhere. Update: 12/13/2014 1630cst So do not use this app much, but as stated, all still stands. Anyways because I used it so rarely they changed me to free for a couple years and that was nice. Unfortunately, they are back to pricing… but weeks later the front mouth piece says someone will get with me because they cannot answer the simple question of how much. It will probably not be worth it, if it is so secretive. 5y ago: Decent app, but buggy. Everything costs extra, less, if you share. Admittedly I haven’t created a lot of forms because of the issues, But forms are good overall, just not ideal. They come out too lengthy. Entry is easy, except pictures, albeit not difficult. Customer service has been rude. Emails received are written incorrectly. All my computers/tablets/phones run the current OS yet I receive an email that reads I’m the problem and need to update! 😳 Past interactions with CS is as if I’m putting them out and interrupting their day..for their errors... and now the most recent, my card works, but they state they’ve sent me previous emails and this is their final! Yea, ok...they must be some angry people over there, management should lighten up or straighten them up...

App will randomly sign out and is very slow to load.
Every day I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to use it.
Good app when it works. Last update result s in just a black screen on both an iPhone and iPad.

Crashes constantly. Update: still continues to delete my work as I’m filling out a form.
