Just play this game one day after this review. Currently no problem and I’m still learning and figuring it. The recharge part l need to think twice since some had feedback didn’t get their items.

Would never ever recommend this game at all! If u want to play then don’t recharge cause when u encounter issue, they will not give u back what u paid for. It’s a SCAM!! Even though they said to show proof of transaction which I did, they will come back and ask u what devices and how many devices used. Funny thing is they even ask u to go website and screenshot the devices used before since the old phones are sold.. Had provided all the phones name and brand, they still insist on u going website to screenshot the device. And it’s that rule that u cannot use multiple devices to recharge and they lock ur account from recharging.. I mean HELLO! PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHTS TO KEEP CHANGING PHONE! What kind of a dumb rule is this? Anyway the customer support are just as useless as the game and they will find almost every excuse to not return what u have bought and just take ur money. Apple it’s time u review this app!

Would have given no star if I can. There are too many perks to playing this game: 1. This game supports, agrees and encourages bullying and claim it is normal. When the game developers are the one who control the system and make the rule to allow for this behaviour. The whole game survive on this system so players will spend a fortune to be strong and bully others 2. Information is never clear Maybe this is how it is suppose to be so more money will be spend by player. 3. There is no support system Yes, there is someone to reply you but that is their only role. The conversation can goes on for ages. But the real problem? No one is solving that. Missing gem, rg, purchased, recharge but nothing? Well, players can only blame it on bad luck. As Long the problem is not about the money going into their bank, they won’t fix it. They even removed an in-game support system so they don’t have to deal with players. You can contact them by email but good luck. 4. A lot of bugs ( stays there forever) 5. Ban players when it is their mistake Give out free items but send wrong amount and ban players to fix it 6. Do not care about the players They keep coming out with new features so players can spend money to get it. When there are so many problems to the game that are affecting the gaming experience. 7. Players keep declining and they have to keep merging This means that new players would be matching up with players that started playing long ago and have already reach 10million power . Unless you are willing to spend a fortune, you won’t be able to survive in the game. Maybe they might even need to merge region one day. The good points about the game? The graphic is sort of comparable to other games.

Why is it until now, cannot download? iOS phone

I used to play the old game and they said I had to download the update, which is a completely new app and then my levels were not transferred so I have to start from scratch?

dev, app not able to play after new update pls look into it.

Game looks fun when first played, and i only have chance to play that first game. After trying to enter game again, it always show ‘please tap slowly’ (on the Enter Game button). Try many different methods of “tap slowly”, it still shows the same message, and will not allow me to enter the game. Hope you can look into this fast. I will be kicked out of Alliance if i always cannot log in!! Rgds, Iphone X user

Had the game for awhile played for years but when it comes to spending in the game DONT major of the time it takes your money an you get nothing then unless you spam the creator 20-30 emails an hope for a reply within the first couple days itll probably take more like weeks then they reply back 1 time after what u tried to buy moves on to next event so you gotta wait an while nother 3 month for it to come back they don’t care about spenders they would even give a person the time of day if the don’t spend these ppl need to fix all the bugs especially when it come to ppl who are filling your pockets
