Pathetic maintenance. Not even one update so far. Not expected this from a reputed company.Always get this error. Not able to use the app. Please look into this.

Please develop the app, it is crashing again and again

The Godrej SEETHRU app disappoints with frequent crashes and a difficult-to-navigate user interface. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Godrej. The app needs significant improvements in stability and user experience to meet the standards expected from the brand.

Cannot even scan and link camera Not even their team can help on this This app works on androd but not on IOS

Please work on application, it is crashing since 2 days and there is no update from application team

Each time you need to change SD to HD After recent you update it is not working properly

Godrej developer should make app changes to remember HD view so that end user should not waste time everytime changing manually sd to hd live footage.

Cant run in auto HD mode always have select manually for each screen Looks like a buggy app, many UI bugs needs to be fixed Not smooth at all No fast forwarding in playback zone After landscape mode no control option comes on the screen Even after such a bad rating app no improvements have been made

The app crashes and the app support diverts to some Chinese website

This seem to be a Chinese Product and even though at least there can be a proper support system fir trouble shooting. Correct. The service engineers are also inexperienced and do hit and trial method. The app does not have cloud P2P option due to which remote access to camera feed is not available
