文字が大きくできないので年寄りには激しく見づらい。 フォントも細くて尚見づらい。 要は見づらい。改善希望 無駄な写真なのか？重たい。 これが2024年のアプリなのか？ ひどい
使いにくいとか言うレベルじゃない。ビックリするくらい使えません。。
iPhone 13で5.32.1バージョン使用。パソコン版は予約のユーザビリティ向上したようですが、アプリは相変わらず使いにくさが極まってます。レッスン予約を開こうとしてもずっと白い画面のまま矢印が永遠にクルクル回っています。。 絶妙に使いにくい機能満載である意味すごいです。 アプリでは次の予約も表示不可能、予約を取る画面も表示されず、非常に困ります。アップデート内容にバグの修正と書いてますがメイン機能も使えないのに一体何を改善したと言っているのか、面白いですね。 ちなみにパソコンからエッジブラウザで開いた際にはレッスンに入るボタンが表示されないので、レッスンをする時はスマホでブラウザ版を開いてレッスンに入ります。 何から何まですごい使いにくい。
使いにくいです
翻訳の位置がおかしな所があったり、ロード時間が長かったり、レッスン予約が出来なかったりと使い勝手は非常に悪いと感じました。
ログイン不可
5.28.0にアップデートしたら、ログインできなくなりました。 PCだとログインできるので、IDとパスワードは合っています。
Iphone14になったら使えなくなった。
気に入って使用していたら、Iphone14に変えたらアプリのHome画面が真っ白で使えなくなった。 すぐに改善をしてほしい。
ブラウズが真っ白
PCで選択できるようなものが選択できない。学習ができないので目的を達成できない
最悪
起動後Lodingメッセージが表示されたあとは真っ白になり何も反応なし。 ヒアリング等はしないつもりで音楽を流しながら起動するとイヤホンから聞こえる音量が激大になり耳に悪い。一方で、音声を聞くつもりでイヤホンで聴くと音声が小さ過ぎて聞こえない。 アプリとしては品質が最低だと思う。

講師の質も悪いし、アプリの機能性も最悪。 そもそも英会話レッスンで講師も生徒も音声聞き取りにくいってありえない。
