GoFormz Mobile Forms & Reports

Trent was so helpful in providing solutions to our company digital form solutions. We are in the early stages but already we can see that the support team are on the ball and very keen to provide assistance quickly.

Our company started using GoFormz in 2014 and very quickly managed to meet all our field based requirements for form filling and data capture by using GoFormz. This gave us a level of data quality, audit-ability, real-time visibility and automated workflow that we could never have achieved using paper. We were able to achieve this not just with our company forms/processes but also with all our client forms - using a PDF copy of any form we can simply automate within GoFormz within hours with minimal IT expertise. Over the years, we have been fully supported by our relationship manager Trenton and the rest of the team at GoFormz with speedy responses to any “how to” issues and even requests for product enhancements. Looking back , I can’t imagine how we managed all the complexity of paper before GoFormz.

Our company has had this platform for a number of years now, we have been really happy with it. It has benefitted our staff, clients, staff etc. There are lot of tweaks you can do to get the best out the app itself, as I have learnt with help of Harry @GoFrormz. Harry has been a tremendous help and talk me through a lot of what the app and the platform has to offer. Personally I am really pleased with it and the customer service has been to a great standard.

I have been using goformz for over a year now and would not be without it for writing and sending business reports to my customers. It’s easy to use and flexible for integrating your own business logo’s etc for a personalised yet professional report. Due to me constantly working in the field, The fact I can write reports on my phone and this app has signature capture was a major selling point for me. I can then send the signed report by email and we both have a copy. Perfect for me and my customers. As us illiterate engineers; we love the app and the fact that auto-correct that is part of technology! We used to use a carbon copy books but then we had to start again with every mistake.

Initially we were pointed in GoFormz direction by one of their other existing customers. The support team are always very helpful and quick to respond when exploring how the product works. We have been using it for years now and have recommended to other businesses too.

I initially looked at form solutions in 2015, and quickly settled on goformz as the best solution. My work changed so it was put to one side, and when I needed a form based solution this year I turned to goformz. I’ve looked at alternatives but none are as good a match as goformz. The configuration of forms is easy, and the application in the field is excellent. Everything that I’ve asked for Trenton and Alexis have delivered, with a pleasant and helpful manner. I don’t think I’ve scraped the surface of the possibilities - and the support will ensure that goformz continues to meet my needs.

I have been looking for this type of software for months. This is the easiest I have ever used, you simply up-load your existing forms and drag where you want any one to type or sign. The team are so helpful and will go out if there way to assist. We will be using the software for all our operatives to provide a better flow of information audit trail. Its well worth a try!

Been using this app for five months now, works really well for me. I have two users and a office setup, easy to use. Form filling done in no time, and the guys who work on this are always updating and making improvements. I have recommended this to a few other businesses and they liked it too.
