"Gogoome's platform opens up Koreatown in Los Angeles, CA to all the people who download it. It is a more targeted approach (efficient) to delivering foods and goods to customers at an affordable price. During these difficult times of waiting in line and not being sure whether it is safe or not - delivery of foods, goods, and services are essential for those who are stuck at home. Working with local restaurants and businesses, we found the different complaints the customers were making and the businesses were observing. Looking to tackle many of these issues, we created a platform where both businesses can thrive and customers can feel at ease.
While there are many delivery services that started during the pandemic, not many have the full customer experience. Meanwhile, those that have all the functions (i.e. U-business, PM-business, etc.) charged too much to the restaurants, limiting the smaller businesses. Looking to resolve both of these issues, we (Gogoo.me) are partnering with the local restaurants and businesses to open up K-town to those who are still unfamiliar with it. Satisfy your Korean cravings and indulge in the richness of the Korean culture and flavors.

Great idea but annoying lag
Great idea for delivery from the Koreatown area BUT the app suffers from a massive lag in response time. Tap on an option and it’s at least 15-20 seconds before the app responds. I’ve resorted to using other apps just because they run much faster and smoother. Do better.
Best.
This is hands down, the best delivery service for Korean food in Los Angeles. They have all the best restaurants (that you won’t find on other apps), and provide STAPLE Korean restaurant delivery that is usually inaccessible to non-Koreatown residents. 정말 감사합니다!
Needs major update
Decided to delete this app after using it 4 times. I tried to support a local food delivery service but their app seems like it was created in the pre-historic days. It’s not user friendly, has several “error” or lags, and the pages go to incorrect restaurants, etc. Final try - while my main delivery address is saved on the app, when I order food, it pulled a different address based on my exact location. This led to the driver looking a building or two down from mine. I can see the frustration for the driver but this isn’t the users’ fault. The customer support team reached out and basically told me that I needed to make sure I provide the right address… when I did… Please fix your technical issues.

Don’t waste your time people.
This is why I am deleting this app and will tell the over 2 dozen k town restaurants I frequent: I put in the work to order. Put in promo code startingwith5 to order (first time). App says not valid. This is the way to get off to the wrong foot when creating an app Competing w trust apps like postmates. Also I will contact Rolly sushi on wilshire where I got this card and let them know they are not in the app! Also when u use chat it asks like 5 personal questions before maybe speaking to someone live. I stopped at question 2. Come on guys. Smh.
