I’ve tried the app three times just to see the trend of their services. The pinned location does not match the correct address. I have to explain to the drivers the pinned location is correct and wrote in the driver’s note the street address. They don’t seem to read the driver’s note. I have booked an advanced ride to pick me up at 7:05 am, but the car arrives 20 minutes late. I was late for my work that day because of this stupid app. Also, it’s annoying that they ask for payment at the drop off area and I told them it’s via wallet. Don’t these drivers check the app? I’ve wasted a lot of effort and time in this app. I don’t plan to use it again

It shows you have paid by personal card and in the end it doesn’t transfer the money to the driver’s account, so we have to pay again.!!!!! don’t get scammed ! PS the app interface looks like it’s from 1990s
