This app makes you rate it even before you have used it for the first time and then every single time you want to use it. Without that it won’t let you proceed to place your order and there is no way to skip it. For anything below 3 stars, you are also required to mention a reason. By that time, the queue would have doubled in the food court and you will lose your appetite. Hence, most people who are in a hurry would rate it 5 stars to proceed, thereby artificially inflating its ratings.

You App is trash, all other vendors are able to do transactions with my cards only your app has a problem with completing transactions and giving nonsense excuses like card is not active for domestic transactions. such a time waste gokhana app is

They have worst food courts.

UI is slow, cafeteria doesn’t load properly when first started. Looks like cheap intern project.

No one takes care of refunding the money that is debited and no order id generated. I am working with their customer service since last 2 months to get my refund.

App is suppose to ease the purchase, but this app is difficult to use. And making the payment time increase. Direct ordering is much easier then using this app.

GoKhana is managing the outlet and the food items are very tasty and fairly priced. They offer a wide variety of food items.
