Couldn’t even register
Text code never cane through, then just kept me in a loop saying pw wrong, then couldn’t verify code, couldn’t change pw, tried many times. Worst app experience, just heading over to Blue Star.

Doesn’t work in dark mode
If you have dark mode turned on you can’t see any of the fields to fill out. Also you can’t book more than 4 people on the app but the Gold Band call centre was very helpful with getting a Van arranged.

Simply just does not work. Notification does not come through to verify an account. Could not even register.

iPhone 5S. Agree App broken. No authorisation received 😂
Not working
This App is currently not working. During the setup process it is supposed to email a validation code. However there is a bug and the validation code never arrives so you can't login and use the App.
Great app
Functionality is awesome. Quick to book, live updates. I use this at least a few times a week. Design is a bit yuck. Clicking "call" doesn't work (cellphones need an area code, remember?). Booking history doesn't work.
USED to work great
Past few months trying to use it it fails at the time and the passenger boxes. Maybe not compatible with new OS. Was great when it worked.
Doesn't work
The apps good but when you get to the confirm booking it fails, so this app is effectively ineffective. Fix it and you have a good app.
