Silver lining

Picked up a couple 10 oz Unicorns, majestic beast or some thing like that. Price was good, condition was fine , delivery was quick. Very satisfied with JM .

Good Accurate Uptodate

App is broken

Guys I love doing business with JM but the app is broken it doesn’t load fully on IOS. Please fix asap it’s had this problem for over a year!!!

Loyalty program

Being a longtime investor customer, I would think it would allow me to enjoy some of the perks JM Bullion uses to entice new investors.

JM Bullion app not mobile phone friendly

Very difficult to shop JM Bullion from a mobile phone. The site is skewed and needs enlargement to make any kind of transaction. Usually give up and make a phone call for a purchase.

Solid company terrible customer service

I was a reoccurring buyer of a couple hundred dollars of gold every 2 weeks. Eventually one got lost in the mail tried to make a claim and was told need to file a police report along with additional information and then another email requiring 30 minutes of video before and after the delivery. This was to my house and motion sensor camera do not provide that info. When I contacted the claims department I had referred to the email that required the information and the fine print on my purchase receipt. I understand that but when questioned that this was only a couple hundred dollars the claim dept not only said it was required but also threatened and said that I was required to provide it. Never filed a claim before and will not ever again as with this type of service I will not buy from again.
