I was trying to find an app to be able to track my purchases and monitor the growth without having to get a calculator out. Really simple but great app for this, similar to how you can see rise and fall on binance or crypto etc. Hopefully the devs will keep working on this for it to become a more mainstream PMs app.
The total holding of specific items is incorrect in some areas. A true holding of 8, confirmed in purchases review, returns an answer of 9 in the inventory overview

Easily the simplest / best. Check your prices, input your portfolio in vault mode and check your profits and losses.
I have tried all the iOS apps and this one is by far the best. Simple to use. Nice charts and an excellent calculator My only wish list is Tola weights Gold silver ratio

Kiss goodbye to your spreadsheet. This is by far the best app for inventorying your stack and keeping track of its current value, average cost per gram/ounce and total profit or loss.
Gold Tracker 3.0 is a significant improvement on previous versions with a fresh look for iOS8, covering gold, silver, platinum and palladium spot prices, with a bid/ask calculator. For me, however, the killer feature is the Vault where the user can log his/her precious metal purchases and track their performance over time. The selection of different bars and coins in varying weights and purities is very well thought out, and makes entering data a doddle. Yes, the Vault feature is an in-app purchase, which may put some people off, but since it goes towards supporting an independent entrepreneur, for me it was a no-brainer. When I dropped the developer an email with a query, he responded very promptly - and on a Sunday too. Now if only *all* my customer service interactions were like that… This app gets a solid five stars from me, and I never write reviews for apps unless they stand out from the crowd. Gold Tracker is, in my opinion, just one such app.
Customers buy the App, then he updates it after they pay for it to remove the Vault service they paid for and starts charging them monthly subscriptions for the service they have already bought. This is downright extortion by the author and this sort of corruption needs to be removed by iTunes because it destroys the App Store's reputation for honesty and trust. Apple, do something about this.
