Every time I try to order something and checkout it never works. No rewards, points, or anything. For how expensive the food is rewards points should apply.

When you use the app— you have to go to the store and go inside to pick up your order. Behind everyone there. If you made your order and paid already, you must wait behind everyone else. You can not pick up through the drive through. The staff is rude as well about you using the app as well.

Occurs each time you get to add a payment. Is this to drive us to the website where the charge is higher for delivery?

Online ordering through the app simply doesn’t work. No form of payment is accepted. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am never able to order online through this app anymore. it always states there is an error validating my basket.

No reward points to rack up and always the same offers

The app works well. When I first tried it I had issues with adding a payment, but those have since been fixed. I’d really appreciate a tip option when placing a delivery order. Currently I’m cash apping the drivers afterwards because this app lacks that feature.

No matter what I put for passwords it just won’t work. What the heck?
