Too busy to care
My wife and I visited after a long day and wanted some comfort food.
The receptionist was not interested in answering my questions about the Good as Gold Club and rushed us along.
The hostess pointed to a table across the room and said “sit there!”
The buffet items were NOT replenished quickly as they ran out and were left empty for up to half an hour.
The cook station and carvers were steadfastly ignoring people in front of them, and the ham and roast beef stations were devoid of food.
Yes: it was supper time, and the place was busy, but probably not for the first time, and they should have been prepared.
Give me a reason to go back!

Ice cream
We went as a family celebration as our children always enjoy the ice cream choices there . To our disappointment the ice cream machine was broken and the cashier at the front didn’t inform us . Otherwise we would have gone to another location or would have come some other time . My children are truly disappointed.
Pet (in a stroller) eating and drinking at the table
Went to Golden Coral in Zephyrhills with some friends, and was shocked and disgusted at what I witnessed. There was a lady and a man which I assumed was her husband there with a so called service dog who may have weighed 5 lbs and was sitting in a stroller. The lady proceeded to groom and clean the dogs eyes which had some green stuff oozing from his eyes with some napkins and put the dirty napkins on the table. Then she shared her food with the dog, who was sitting at the table in the stroller. She took a bite and then gave the dog a bite. She must have thought the dog may have been thirsty because she got up and went to get an ice cream/desert dish and gave the dog some water. This is when we got up and left. I have never seen a service dog allowed to sit and eat at a restaurant, they are usually under the table (usually someone who is fully dependent on the dog, for example blind) In some cases the dog stays out front and one of the employees will assist with anything they may need. I can’t believe that this would be allowed, as anyone could bring their dogs and say they are a service dog but really isn’t. Would like to know if it’s your policy to allow dogs in, if so, do they have to show proof of certification as a service dog, but the thing that upset me the most was that it ate out of the same dishes I used and sat at the table. If this is allowed by your establishment, I will no longer be dining there. We were not the only ones that were disgusted
