Okay but as usual you’re energy and diamonds that you have earned go in to boxes that you have to pay for

I enjoy the game but there is an issue with trying to get the other white fox in the zoo keeps going back to the beginning. Also there are no clues to what to do next. I have tried to get in touch with help team but they do not reply. I will keep playing the game but hopefully this problem will be solved with a over due upgrade

This looks like it will get to be a good game, unless you spend money it’s difficult to upgrade things and that makes it slow everything seems to need diamonds and they are not cheap

This is/was a brilliant game. The best farming one I have found. However unfortunately if you progress and do well the developers move the goal posts so that those who are beginning can compete. Therefore whatever you do do not spend any real money to try to achieve something that they will later render irrelevant. They won’t give you your money back nor answer your emails. It’s such a shame because those who have been playing for years are the best advertisement for the game. It can’t be that hard to improve the game for beginners without harming the loyal players.

My second review as the first is not showing. I have been playing the game about 2 years and spent a lot of money, yet the treatment I’m getting from support is disgusting! I’ve already reviewed this game before but, how strange that my review is not showing. The game has been unstable for months, errors, screen freezing, players being evicted to name a few. After writing a bad review your community is black listed for new players. I have seen another reviewer outlining the same problem with support as I have had, and am currently having! There must be a way of contact someone higher then support who will listen and resolve problems players are having? Please help us!

Game is ok, but when you have a problem, they make you jump through loops just to send a screenshot of the problem. Then when you feel you are getting no where with the problem, they just completely ignore you, after several emails to them. I mean asking you to upload screenshot to google drive, then send them the link is ridiculous.

I’m doing island quests and now I have to find the fennecs. It’s impossible in 3 days to find it when only for one bush you need at least 240 energy. The energy bar is 100 and there is no way to produce extra because you need the wood pieces. I’m order to have them you have to cut the bushes. Not enough energy to finish. What’s went wrong. Please change back to regular bush or make it easier. Disappointed

I enjoyed the game at first.... for like 2 days. I think it takes to long for a lot of the products to finish, maybe a few more items that take 1 min, 3 mins, 5 mins and so on would be an idea? Also there should be more ways to collect the items needed to expand the land.....? I only get time to play in the evening so never have long enough for products to finish to be able to load the train etc. The main issue is that every time I try to load the island where you use your energy etc... the game shuts down on me.... Whenever I try to load the special event..... the game shuts down!!!!! I’m going to persevere with it for another 48 hours. If it still won’t load I’m deleting. Which is a shame as I do tend to end up spending real money on games I really enjoy.
