Login issues and more
Login issues as of late is not possible. Reset password doesn’t work. They suggested to use a different email? That’s not a great solution to a problem on Goldline’s end. With have a login or don’t have one. Have a working lodging if your going to have one. For the price you mark up on items, you should be able to afford a capable system. Outside of that the Customer service reps are rude and demeaning. I’d much rather work with your competitors from here forward that answer the questions needed and get done what needs to be done without waking away feeling like I’ve made a mistake working with them as a selected broker. Gold brokers a dime a dozen. Use someone else, Oxford, patriot, birch etc. stay away from Goldline.
