Great company
Bang on time, friendly, courteous driver, excellent.
Awful service
Booked a £50 taxi home. £62.50 was charged to my account… then £12.50… then £10 cash on the night. Tried to speak to the operator who told me he has ‘100s of customers waiting to book taxis so not interested’ Terrible customer service and very rude.
Charged for nothing
Waited ages as it said “we’re finding a driver”. No idea how long it would take so I cancelled and it said it would charge me £3 for that.
Poor
Took forever to find a driver meaning I waited around for a lift that never happened and missed something important. Also hits me with a £3 cancellation fee which is disclosed when cancelling. Won’t be using services again.
No cars available through app
Always seem to get the response that no cars are available through the app but if I phone straightaway after getting that response I can get a taxi! Rubbish app
Never can get a taxi
Can never get a taxi with goldstar despite the app stating 20 mins won’t recommend
Excellent
Only phoned 25 minutes before pick up. Was sent message so I knew what vehicle to look for. The driver was helpful and friendly. Helped with getting case in and out of taxi, drove safely and a good price too! Very happy,thanks so much
