Dont get me wrong, the vr app for this game is absolutely amazing and its 100% worth buying! I wanted to download their app from the app store to modify my avatar in game. However, when it came time to connect, it showed a code in the VR I needed to put on the phone and it simply did not work after many attempts. I thought I was going insane so I let a couple of friends try with no luck! FIX YOUR APP PLEAAASEEEE.

I am only giving this a one star because I cannot get the app to open. When I try to open the app it says please wait and then automatically closes. I am using an IPhone. Any suggestions?
Multiple downloads and deletes. Will sync then just crashes and never lets me into my account. You should at the least create a web portal to emulate the app or something since you know this doesn’t work but for a small minority of players. Some support would be nice.
What is wrong with this app? It won’t open. I wish the developers would fix it.
The app itself seems to be ok as far as content but you have to repeatedly delete and reinstall on iPhone to get it to work…app only seems to load once per use.
After the first time entering the app, it won’t load during any other attempt to open the app. This could be a good companion to the game if it properly worked.
Initially worked , now if it loads, it will hang indefinitely . Online players report same.
Please fix app won’t load. Other than that, game is ok
