Golf Canada Mobile

I played four rounds this weekend and could not post scores for any of them when I got home. “An error occurred while trying to save your score.” I try again, same error, then after some random amount of time I try again and it finally goes through. Fix this, please!

This past update has made the app completely unusable for me. Won’t load the home page. Won’t load my profile. Page glitches while trying to scroll down…

I used to be able to include my putts and penalties when posting my score. The latest update removed that feature. Please bring it back.

Won’t let me create an account

Tried to login but password seemed to be incorrect. Tried password recovery but security number provided didn’t work and showed that it was wrong number. Tried multiple times without success. Then tried to see if I could then recover username but email sent shows no username. Frustrating.

The app on the phone is awesome, but if you try and use it on Apple Watch while your playing it’s just awful. So many bugs, crashes a lot. Please fix :)

Love this app for golf in Canada!

Not sure if it’s just the latest update but the app boots you out of your round and asks for your login information every couple of holes. Not something I want to be messing with mid-round. The Apple watch functionality is pretty annoying. The crown changes what hole your on and is hyper sensitive so you’re likely to be messing with it too. You used to be able to export a handy summary of your round, including putts/fairways and other stats. Now the export only shows hole by hole scores. Not to mention you get to pay for the privilege and still get fed advertisements. If there was another option for official handicap tracking I’d be using it.

I have been trying to reset my password and login, and the workflows just do not work. While I get the reset code from you, your app is not able to accept the code and let me reset the account.

Love that you can comment and like friends rounds. Great App
