There is no customer support. No reply to emails. No information on webinars until it is too late to register . No assistance if password is not accepted, although entered correctly.
I have yet to find the video section of the app but it would be nice to have access to that content aswell
I have had a subscription for years. All of a sudden my subscription is not recognized on my iPad. I have sent numerous emails asking for help. I always get the computer generated response, we have received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible. I have not gotten a response in four months. Additionally, when you call golf digest to discuss, the technical department cannot be reached by phone. You talk to the customer service representative and they tell you they cannot help you. Please send an email to technical support. Has to be the worst customer service in the world. Basically the technical support department operates with impunity.
If this app were a golf score, it’d shoot 160, minimum. Forgets you have downloaded the latest issue, will not allow you to see any of YOUR PAID DOWNLOADED ISSUES while off line, and won’t allow you to follow links while online. It’s a special kind of terrible app. A 5 putt, not 5 stars.
Make me pay for a “special” edition then won’t let me login just a crappy magazine over the last 2 years their online edition can’t be accessed and no trouble with login key
The September edition came out mid month Good content Long wait
A few articles. That’s all
Pretty much the only time I read magazines, but need an active Wi-Fi connection.
Just subscribed for the first time to see if I like this magazine. Well I did the digital version only and it turns out you can’t zoom in on the articles. Do worry too much though, you can zoom in on the writing for the single page ads with no issue. I’d like to read the articles, please fix this.
