Excellent strong ab exercises. Loved it wish I did this in my 20s and 30s versus my mid 60s.

I’ve been using the equipment and the workouts since August (4 mos). I’m a middle aged guy in decent aerobic shape but was finding lots of pain post golf games. GF has helped me build critical strength, endurance, and balance. I look forward to the daily routines. My only complaint is that I wish we could select which instructors we want to see in the daily workouts. For example, I cannot follow Blaire. She is way too advanced for me. I can reasonably do the other middle/back workouts but not hers (this is not an objective assessment if blaire, it is just my preference). Others may not want to be called lazy by Pete but I find it amusing. We get to pick which equipment we have so that the system does not feed us workouts that require equip we don’t have. It would be great if we could do the same w instructors. The full library is always available but I find that I have to pick my own adventure more than I’d like. But that a pretty minor issue. Overall this is a great product.

The app content is great, BUT the negotiation within the app needs some serious improvement. The entire apps needs to follow IOS rotation to horizontal mode so the iphone / ipad doesn’t need to continually be flipped back and forth for a lesson/workout. Looking back at previous lessons/workouts and repeating them doesn’t seem to work. Finding and repeating “Favorites” also seems to be an issue. I’ve only been using the app a few days, but the horizontal issue is a BIG problem. When trying to using the X to get to horizontal it flips the screen totally upside down - VERY FRUSTRATING.

WARNING: product purchase does not come with any instructions. As soon as you open, it tells you to download an app. App says for setup and instructions you need to signup for a 14-day trial which turns into $30/month. Once you sign up, videos do not play on the app. If you want to see the videos you need a computer. Nothing on the packaging hinted that a subscription was needed in addition to the $200 price tag

One week in and I love it. This is exactly what I’ve been searching for. Not only for golf but it’s a great work out you can do at home. Very easy to follow instructions. I will share this with others.

What a great investment. Normally I don’t sign up for structured training, where I have to pay for it, just because there is so much free content on Utube, etc. I am delighted that I made the commitment to GolfForever. It is well thought out, structured and organized. Seeing Scotty using it, certainly helped. Thanks

58 year-old PGA Pro!! Just a couple of weeks into toe program and all I can say is Holy Cow!! I have never don golf specific strength training. Former triathlete felt in good shape and good cardio but this is tough (as tough as YOU want). Gets everything working all at once. Looking to improve your golf game or just your overall health and well being? LOOK NO FURTHER!!
