I booked a golf course but it was closed due to heavy rain the night before but they did not return the credit or refund my money. I tried to contact them but they did not respond. I will never use this system again. They waste my time. Their customer support is very poor.
Unfortunately trying to get a refund from GolfNow is very head when the golf course has been closed on day of your booking and they didn’t update there website. And getting in touch with GolfNow is impossible. I’m down €60 and no way of getting it back please contact me GolfNow.

I really like the app except for one thing you can’t seem to use the promo codes in Ireland for and that’s a little bit annoying because I spend a nice few euro on the app book tee times
If you're not a member of a club it's a app
Just getting back into playing after an eight year break, always used to be a member of a club and nearly joined one but was unsure if I would get to play enough to make it worth the membership fee. With so many clubs in the area it was going to be hard to choose one. Then I heard about ’GolfNow’ got the app and just played my first game at Knebworth, was easy to book and simple at the club. Contemplating the extra subscription to get the extra features. GolfNow makes playing much more affordable and not having to play the same course every time without extra costs. Definitely recommend getting the app especially as it’s free.
Easy to use and great content
Golf now are a really good organisation with fair pricing and Treatment of members.
Maybe it’s just me but I find this app awful. I always have to make a phone call to get a booking. It’s usually cheaper that way too. Shame because it’s a great idea but the available courses are limited.
