Useless App with Limited Options and Eternity to Deliver
For the several times I tried to order through Golootlo but every time it was chaos and disappointment. One time I got the order after 2 hours and that is not even an exaggeration and then once the restaurant called me to tell me that this website is too slow to cancel but they don't have any rider and they are telling Golootlo but its still not canceling the order. Absolutely rubbish customer care on top of that. Nobody to talk to once you have placed an order.
