Since it’s launch it continuously decreasing its speed and connection even the service through customer. I think it won’t work anymore. Will change sim.

At first using gomo it is very good but later on they will provide you the slowest internet of all time.

Gomo is fine but when it comes to their customer service especially on important matters such as sim replacement with the same number due to loss/theft, it takes them how many days to respond and sometimes doesn’t respond at all and ghost’s you. Only the bots keeps responding with repetitive scripts. My concerns are still unanswered. Very unsatisfied, please improve on your customer service. NOTE: don’t use gomo number on your e-banks/e-wallets. Better to use Smart or Globe on those since it’s easy to replace them.

I love using the line itself. But the app always has an update. And it’s mandatory to update it. There’s no option to update it later and what not. What if my phone doesn’t support the newest version of this app? Please do something. Your line and promo offer is amazing. But this app update is really annoying!

Whats going GOMO? You used to be my back up internet when all goes down with my main line but now your useless, cant even send a message fast takes forever to load a video or a photo on every apps! I just wanna finish up my current data plan and then will no longer top up. What a waste of money!

So far good naman speed ng internet, im in second floor and the wifi is slow but when i use my data with this sim card the internet is fast. You can also convert 1 gb to 100 text or 10 minutes call and they also have a raffle. Just make sure you bought load and subscription every year, if you dont buy load for a year the sim will expire and deactivate.

I CANT ACTIVATE MY ESIM. NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wala namang signal yung esim nyo. Di ako makareceive ng otp kaya di ko maregister yung esim. Sana maayus nyo agad. Thanks

Hi! I've been using this sim for almost 2yrs but the new update was s*ck to be honest the data connection was too slow as I browsed the review of this App. It is so saddened that there are Bad reviews. I hope you can solve the feedback
