User face of app is cute and easy to use :D they give out free data/ discounted upgrades every once in a while via SMS (i honestly trust GOMO more than Singtel just cos of the name)
Price is normal. Recep normal. Pity data bank only can store up to 100GB. Initially excited about it. But read 4G max 100GB. Only 5G plans can store 500GB. So practically I can’t use data to redeem any roaming. Lol.
App requests I turn off wifi to connect when I'm out of data (but it's supposed to allow users to access the app when we're on wifi). If I turn off wifi, and use OTP to log in, it just repeats an error message. It's a catch 22. This, combined with the obscenely terrible connectivity, is not giving me the best experience. Customer help chat line tells me to wait for whatever maintenance is happening to be done without any secondary solution. Guess customers just have to go without connectivity or data if the app is updating or under maintenance?

Please update your app , the app is very bad , always something went wrong or “ system to have gone out for a moment “ when using gomo app
Bad customer service, no solid advice
We’ve tried to contact you guys so many times and the service is terrible. Gomo is not allowing me to add payment method, at the same time warning me to stop the service if I dont pay. Customer service’s response is to reinstall the app which i tried 3 times, and he asked me to try again. Treat customers with some respect. And it is halting my service, if it negatively impacts my business, i will consider further action
It's been three days since I've ported in on Gomo Esim using my Singtel postpaid but still no progress regarding my concern. Cannot login thru gomo app even thou I've received the email on my Esim activation. Waiting time should be around 4 hrs to activate my Esim but three days have passed no action regarding my concern. I hope you could find solution to this problem.
