Acquistata sim per Monaco, seguite tutte le istruzioni alla lettera ma sono rimasta senza connessione, pessima esperienza
PER CHI HA PROBLEMI
Servizio utilizzato questa estate, funziona perfettamente e si collega anche alle reti 5G. Aggiungo una piccola guida per chi non ha mai usato una eSIM e magari si trova in difficoltà. Per prima cosa verificate che il software del vostro iPhone sia aggiornato all’ultima versione disponibile, poi dopo aver scaricato l’app e fatto tutte le varie procedure di acquisto installazione e attivazione eSIM entrate nelle impostazioni dell’iPhone, selezionate la voce “cellulare” e verificate che l’eSIM e il relativo roaming dati siano attivati, altrimenti non funziona. Fatto ciò andate in “dati cellulare” è selezionate l’eSIM. Così utilizzerete l’eSIM per internet e il vostro operatore per le telefonate.Vi consiglio di attivarla il giorno prima di partire così avete il tempo di verificarne il corretto funzionamento. In Italia si collega alla rete Tim e Iliad Se è tutto ok, la disattivate momentaneamente per poi riaccenderla passato il confine.

Ho letto qualche recensione negativa scoraggiante. Ho verificato il funzionamento dell’app attraverso la prova gratuita e in seguito ho acquistato un pacchetto di dati. Nessun problema di linea, né di installazione. Il prezzo è assolutamente competitivo, riutilizzerò senza dubbio questo servizio in futuro.
Inutilizzabile
Ho installato la eSIM sul mio iPhone 13 mini, che secondo il sito ufficiale ha il pieno supporto. Sono riuscito a fare la prova gratuita, che non è durata quanto previsto. Inoltre, nel momento nel quale ho dovuto acquistare il pacchetto roaming europeo per navigare in Svizzera, ho ricevuto un addebito ma il pacchetto dati non ha funzionato, l’app restituisce messaggi di incompatibilità o si blocca. Al momento non è un servizio affidabile.

Iphone SE in teoria supportato (e infatti “vede” la SIM), piano acquistato ma non funziona! Mi ritrovo in Marocco senza rete dopo aver speso inutile 4€ e soprattutto senza un servizio clienti in grado di dare supporto. Una buona idea sviluppata male. Molto male…

App wouldn’t load properly when launched. Tried to reinstall a few times. Unusable 😕
