This app is trash The app don’t show me the store near I just saw in other country and can’t put order

Drinks have become diluted to the point that they taste like water. I was a frequent customer before but have changed buying milk tea at Benggong or Tiger Sugar where drinks are creamier and fresh. Hopijg Gong Cha will reassess how it prepares drinks.

Did not get my rewards points from previous purchases when I ordered from the kiosk.

I'm not sure if this is only for VA,DC & MA location, but that's that shows on my app. I've tried everything and nothing works.

Despite multiple attempts, the app does not show any stores near me, only giving me out of state shops as a pickup order option. Doesn’t make sense and needs to be fixed asap.

I love gong cha and go there a lot. Reward system is pretty good but my only issue with it was my last transaction. I had about $10 worth of money through the app but the app wouldn't let me use those to get drinks and also i tried in person and there wasn't anything that could be done from them so I had to pay out of pocket and not use my point money.

It keeps showing me different Gong Cha locations in a different state. Even when I type in my own address it sends me back to Maryland!?! Please get this fixed ASAPPP!!!

It does exactly whats needed and it does it well. Straight to the point, intuitive and nicely designed. Wish more apps for ordering were like this, makes ordering so easy.
