Plan your workouts daily for your athletes and be flexible. The best coaches must be able to adapt to the circumstances every day, and be able to adjust their workouts to make them the best at the moment.
Good Coach App allows you to be up to date with what is going on with the athlete and quick coach response. You can plan workouts for the future, add notes, events and health state, as well as add future and historical races. An important option is also the ability to move training and copy it between the days. Training templates are also available.
You can also plan training cycles.

We believe perfect communication between the coach and the athlete is a recipe for success. That's why Good Coach App gives you tools to support this sphere of cooperation. From today, both the coach and the athlete will be quickly informed about important events, such as training, adding notes, health status or a message from the coach. There is also the possibility to plan races. You can choose the channels you want to be informed, you can select push notifications or e-mail.
As a coach you have a board where you can post messages to all athletes.
The athlete has the training schedule literally in his pocket. Mobile application allow for easy view of training on any day.

Analyse the training of athletes, the number of kilometres or miles they run, the time devoted to training, elevation gain, training load and intensity. See what kind of training measures have been planned and done, and decide for yourself what you are prescribing to the athletes.

Good Coach App uses HealthKit to allow athletes to add workouts faster and easier. After entering the details of the selected workout plan, you can import the activity found in the Health as a completion of a given workout and use heart rates and route samples and share them with our coach for better workout analysis.
