Good Crypto: Portfolio tracker

No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t connect any of my wallets. I see reviews that say it’s super easy and I found that to be super false. I paid for two annual subscriptions, possibly three granted I was going to the most difficult. I’ve ever experienced in my life, but the confusion, the loops you had to go through I don’t know I couldn’t get assistance maybe that will change with this review but for sure I paid two years for this and I wasn’t able to link one of my portfolios ever.

Great help and to the point. When you write a kind review and have a question that hasn’t been answered informed us already, they’re great at responses for people no matter how mad they are. They’ll answer questions best they can and decent amount of time. I’m not rich enough to have this app. I did for a bit. But, again I’m a part timer without a car in the suburbs. The Struggle is Real. Wish there was a YouTube video tutorial on the whole app all the way for beginners to tricks and trades for the app. From the app. Not other strangers that can spread non-facts.

As a crypto investor since 2016, I’ve tried all the apps. This one is the easiest to use and has become my only trusted source.

Doesn’t work show where to deposit funds. I’ve pressed every button without finding what I needed

This is the ONLY multi exchange trading platform that supports iPad. I like to trade on the move and not be stuck at my desk, and this is the only app that allows me to do that without having to log into exchange browser or phone app. I only use buy and sell without stop loss on single exchange, so I could just use this app for free, but I just looked around and the app is just phenomenal so I purchased it just to support it. Amazing app!

Apparently when I first did my trial session I was signed into Good Crypto with another email address that I have no clue which it would be. I come back a few months later to purchase the subscription using an account I am signed into through my Facebook. I get an error message, but charged for the subscription yet it did not attach to my new account. I contacted customer service and this is the response I received when trying to remedy this situation. (None of the 3 accounts you mentioned has a subscription attached to it. Your subscription is attached to a GoodCrypto account you’ve been signed in with (to GooodCrypto) when you started your free trial initially. To use your subscription you’ll have to figure out which one it was. Apparently, it’s none of those three) You would think they would be able to either 1. Tell me which account my subscription was attached to or 2. Transfer the subscription to the account I used to purchase it from the App Store. Yet is was charged for the subscription and haven’t been able to use it at all. Buyer beware.

Great service and a great price!! I use trailing stops & take profits all the time making thousands! And it is simple enough for beginner to intermediate traders! Not the fastest updates in the world, but I’m buying for medium term so for me it’s perfect!

After entering the API info from Coinbase Pro, it continues to have authentication errors. I emailed the apps support six hours ago and have yet to receive a response.

This App is easy to use. For users who have more experience and want more analytical tools and trading options you will not be disappointed. This is a great tool. The only constraint is my phones screen size! When do we get a web version:)
