It’s an okay app, I love how she has an at home and at gym options, but when you choose the “at home” workout plan it has weights included in her home. I was hoping for some alternatives because I don’t have weights if I’m not in the gym. And then some gym workouts don’t even use weight? So I just wonder why the workouts can’t be switched? I’m not really satisfied and haven’t used this in months. I think she’s a great trainer but just not satisfied with her workout plans ):
just purchased this product on June 1 I was able to do day one now it’s day two for back day and it is locked. I’ve called the phone number and someone just says hello and nothing further. I’m waiting on a response back from the team support to help me with this issue, I’m gonna give them a few days. If not, I want a full refund. It makes me feel like they just took my money knowing that they program having issues.
I bought the mom body program 1 about a week ago not knowing the program 2 was going to be pre-released today. I wouldn’t have bought the first version knowing this info and waited to have the updated version. I tried contacting the customer service to see if I could just pay the $20 and make it a bundle seeing if they would understand the situation here. They said no and now I would have to purchase the whole new program. So far I like the workout but time will tell if it’s worth it. I am feeling at this point I could’ve just followed the free workouts posted on instagram. The app outdated and I wish there was more section to do daily updates (tracking what workout I did, my meals, etc). Overall bleh so far I just wish I waited to get this bundle so now I am bummed it will cost me almost double. I wish I would’ve looked more into the reviews before purchasing as I need see a lot of others having the same issues with this overall.
Paid full price for this maybe a year or two ago at this point and tried to use it every day, even emailed with whoever was running it multiple times, but the app just won’t run the programs I purchased. They eventually told me to just go in through their website and not to use the app and I guess I may as well have just followed the instagram videos for free. Don’t waste your money, they won’t give you a refund no matter how many times you tell them it’s not working. Such a rip off. Updating this to add that I’m running an ordinary iPhone SE, because they’re claiming I’m not.
I reached out to this person, who I do not know via Instagram messaging, and he responded almost immediately. That alone puts my faith in him 100%. I appreciate you RAUVE!! I am turning 60 years old next month. I’m probably in the best shape of my life… I was simply looking to improve my muscle density even further. I look so forward to working with this program! Thank you and wish me luck! This will be my bday gift to myself! V
Decent workouts but the app is terrible. I have tried a few different workout apps and this is by the least user friendly. I’ve found myself doing other workouts, even though I purchased one of these programs, because the app stinks.
This program is not worth the $50 price at all. The way it is advertised vs what you actually get on the app does not match up and they do not provide refunds. They make it seem like you will be provided with a meal plan for the 3 weeks but it’s just one sample meal plan for one day. The workouts are basic and I am frustrated that I purchased the “at home” option but it still requires dumbbells of varying weights which I don’t have. When I brought this up in an email, I was told to use heavy household items, such as laundry detergent, instead of detergent. That’s a bit ridiculous. I asked for a refund right after purchasing it and previewing the program and was denied. Save your money and get free/better workouts on YouTube!
There is barely no personalization and the workouts aren’t really worth $80.. frankly I wish I never spent the money for something sooo basic it would have been a YouTube video
Not worth the $ when it lacks any real structure. You don’t get a consiste workout plan that includes a warm up, stretching, cool down, etc. the workouts are something you can find in YouTube for free and probably get better guidance on proper technique. I was excited to try this because of the meal plans promised. You only get get a list of things you could eat for a few meal and snacks. If you want an actual meal plan you have to email them and pay more. Very unhelpful. False advertising on their end.
