‘Bad’ doesn’t cover it
<rant>> This app is utterly horrendous - it feels like it has been ‘done on the cheap’ with developers that evidently don’t ‘use’ the app beyond basic testing. It’s buggy, slow, just generally annoying to use. I paid £1 for 6 months during Black Friday, cancelled renewal within 5 minutes - I’ll give it 6 months to improve and will perhaps reconsider, but I’m not holding out much hope. Releasing an app in this state is nothing short of damaging to your brand - it’s quite laughable that anyone actually approved this to be released. It’s like you all thought ‘that’ll do’ - but I’m afraid it won’t. Probably like most other people, I went and downloaded a competitor’s app. </rant>
