Not synchronised
I’ve managed to get a small subset working but I can’t get the app to link properly to the phone or other facilities on my iPhone, despite following instructions. Not a good experience so far

Main features:
Sync your steps,calories,mileage,heart rate,sleep and your exercise records recorded by your watch. The newly designed UI can display the data more intuitively.
After you bind and authorize,we will push your phone’s incoming call and SMS to your watch to avoid you missing information.
You can use the app to configure your watch’s sedentary alert,alarm clocks,schedules,backlight as well as sync weather and AGPS files(assisting the watch itself to locate) and other features, so you can use your watch better.
In the course of your use, if you have any questions, you can always ask, we will listen to your suggestions and make improvements.

The watch fails to update time even when connected keeps disconnecting Cant update the watch face or change it WhatsApp notifications not showing except for calls tried everything

Its a good smart watch u get calls and notifications but ive had a problem with mine and only got it today, ive connect everything put calls and voice control ive tried everything search it on google but nothing is help it came up with a message on the app about the call but didnt help at all so if anyone can help plz help
Making a customised watch face
The watch is nice, but its not working to change the watch face to one of my pictures on my photo gallery.

Can’t change watch faces, cannot alter notifications settings, going back. Had 2 smart watches before this one this is by far the worst
Good, but
Great as a watch but it keeps switching connectivity off and sleep doesn’t work very well-and step counting is sporadic, wish it was better!
