I was using version 5 that I paid for. I was completely satisfied with everything. Out of nowhere the app got updated to version 6. Now I cannot see any of my notes nor edit them!!! Do not recommend. Use other app instead. Terrible user experience. I am disappointed.
I have a an important oral exam that i need to study for and the new update completely unables me to do so, I cannot even write anything to my notes, I have everything in this app as I am using it for 4 years now and I can not even pay for it to work, what am I suppose to do now. Please make it go back to what it was. The icons do not even make sense, why is the go back button on the left side?( I am really gonna start using notability because why is it on the opposite side, really takes minutes of my life) If I am writing with my right as most people, am I suppose to surf during the lectures? Why is everything so far up that it is almost leaving my tablet? It makes it harder to operate as everything is so far away. I do jot have a week formit to go back to normal or whatever, ( there was something written there that I can go back to normal after a week)
I loved this app and was using it since Goodnotes 5, but recently it wouldn‘t let me in, since the Goodnotes 5 (for which i paid for) was no longer supported and i was forced to buy a subscription. Horrendous.
When writing music notes entries like quarter note over or below staff lines Goodnotes erases them quite often, thinking that line and quarter note (quarter A above staff for example) means erase.
I have been waiting for almost a week for a support to retrieve my library, and there was NO answer during the whole time, only the most generic email ever. It is all great, until you run into troubles: then suddenly there is no one to help you. Will try to find another app with different approach.
I enjoy everything about Goodnote. All the templates and functions make is such a helpful tool for every studen. There is however a very little selection of languages, which makes is impossible for me to use a number of tools I paid for.
I have repeated problems with he app as it closes unexpectedly and recently it does not open files and hence even documents I have created recently. The support from the publisher is also very low - I may have just lost all my notes.
The app started to crash after writing something in the notes. Don't know how to fix it, tried everything.
Goodnotes is the best!
