It cost 9.99 for 1000 coins… They charge 35 coins per chapter….this book has 503…chapters that’s how it is broken down anyway ….$166 dollars for 1 book…what kind of drugs are they on…don’t tell you its 35 coins per chapter until you run out of coins!

Don’t fall into the trap. I was reading Beyond the Divorce, which is a terrific read. However, GoodNovel never tell you how many chapters and ended up being 32 coins for each micro chapter (Chapters are VERY short). I’m currently on 400 but after an online search there are over 1500 chapters. After already getting sunk nearly $100 to get this far… I’m going to cut my losses. This is very shady and surprisingly poor business.
Tried to get me for almost 15$ in coins for 1 book. Back to back copy and paste reviews on here. How are they not banned from this app by now
This is one of the best stories I have read in a long time.
The price you have to pay for points to read books is outrageous. I will be deleting this app. There are so many more apps that are free to read. With just a good stories. I hate I won’t get the chance to finish the book I started. THIS APP IS A RIP OFF!!!
I am very disappointed in Good Novel. I have been reading their books and re-upping at $19.99 increments. Suddenly, I see charges at $39.99 instead, but I am only receiving coins at the $19.99 amount. I saw these charges three times in a week. I asked for clarification, and received a very poor reply. I finally have objected with my bank and will no longer be using Good Novel. If I go back in time, I am sure I will see more of this behavior. BEWARE OF THE FRAUD!
My points keep disappearing. I noticed it the other day but thought maybe I was mistaken. Then last night I took a screen shot before bed, I had 170 points. This morning I had 169. Hours later I go to check in for my daily streak, (I’m on day 23) and now my points are at 149. I did not use them. I collected the 5 points for daily reading 15/15 and my daily 20 for check in. When I read a chapter I always watch two ads per chapter because I’m trying to save my points. But why bother if you’re just going to take them back anyways? Giving 4 stars because I’m really enjoying the book. Annoyed in Texas
Story sucked me in then asked for coins. I would be will ing to pay for the story but not a dollar a chapter and I’m seeing over 70 chapters, nope not happening. Delete!!!
Great reads but it’s hard to get rewards to continue the story which is why I have a 3star rating.
