Brain dead PM

I’m wondering if anyone in Google is looking into the user journey end to end… To get a security key, on a mobile device it tries to connect to the mobile device via Bluetooth… which of course is the same device! It then asks for the hardware key. Of course avoiding using the hardware key is why you want to use the app in the first place. Honestly, the quality of Google products is dreadful!

Useless does not work

Thankfully I have physical security keys if I just relied on this kit accounts would be gone don’t activate enhanced security using this splash the cash and get a hardware key

Doesn’t work

Trying to login into my account, tried to login using code provided by this app and the code was rejected 4 times. It doesn’t work it needs fixing.

Doesn’t work anymore

Tried this on multiple browsers and devices, windows pc, two Mac Pro with chrome and edge doesn’t work at all.

Cant find my account although ai use it daily

Why on earth it wants me to recover my account because it cant find it I dont know, got bored messing around and deleted.

Invalid codes

Codes generated on pc are valid, but codes from app are not. Clocks are set correctly. Big problem for logging in to devices

Useless

It doesn't work. I have tried with all my google accounts under several different browser profiles and now, of then works. The problem is that this app is also disruptive/dangerous. Once you activate it, you may not be able to recover access. I am not sure what Google is doing, but they need to demo this app from the store or get it fixed.

Come on Google, you setup an app for 2-factor Authentication, which doesn’t work … painful customer experience …

Works maybe 1 out of every 10 attempts, is great when it does work but it barely ever does
