Terrible update
The latest version is awful, DO NOT UPDATE if you haven’t already. My saved events disappeared, the search tool is totally useless. I don’t understand why they ruined a pretty good app.

GoOut is your personal guide to the world of live art around you. Find any event you like and get your tickets right away. Check out thousands of events in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Germany, all in one app. Those include concerts, parties and festivals, but also cinemas, theatres, exhibitions, talk shows, workshops, events for children, and more. You can save your favorite events and even follow artists and venues. GoOut will remind you when they add a new show. You can also share any event through social media. And, most importantly, you can buy tickets directly through the app.

They claim to sell you tickets to live stream, once they take your money they send you a link that does not work and another link that takes you back to the app asking you to complete registration. When you complete registration and create password, you can see your ticket but it will not take you anywhere, you just keep clicking back and forth between information pages about the show and the organizer, with no way to actually watch the show. If you click the link in the e-mail again, you are AGAIN asked to complete registration, which seems to create a new account under the SAME email address, overwriting the previously created account, but still no way to access the show. After literally spending half an hour trying to access the show I have no other choice than to write this review to warn other people aganst this fraud. Apple, please remove this app urgently to protect your customers.

Nezobrazování vstupenek
Jsem dlouhodobý uživatel této appky. Na jednu stranu je to super appka, ale to jen, když všechno funguje, jak má. Bohužel však často dochází k tomu, že se nezobrazují zakoupené vstupenky. Pokud to máte jako já, že máte registraci přes anonymní mail zkrze icloud, tak jste v …. protože to není schopno vám je alespoň přeposílat na pravý mail, i když to tak máte nastaveno.

Nefunkční aplikace
Po poslední aktualizaci aplikace nefunguje. Hlásí neočekávanou chybu. Prosím o opravu. Děkuji.
Platba Benefit plus body
Dobrý den, ráda bych se zeptala, proč není možné přes aplikaci uhradit částku Benefit plus body a musím tak učinit skrze webové stránky? Postrádá to logiku a uživatelsky to není příjemné. Děkuji. Martina
Katastrofa
Vyber listku v tribune naprosta katastrofa. Jdete na jiny rezervacni system. Zvetseni se seka a sedadla jsou tak mala, ze je vyber skoro nemozny !
