This app is about as much help as DNR is in the real world…ZERO!

This app is convoluted and not easy to navigate. Every time you log in and then try to go back one page because you went to the wrong area, you have to log back in. If this is going to be the only way to get licensing and tags for the future, South Carolina is going to lose a lot of hunters.

I can’t go from one place to another without a pop up ad interrupting

Overall love the app, and will give 5 stars if you can correct the advertising issues. When trying to read the regulations, it’s ad after ad. Charge a convenience fee from getting your license through the app or something, but the ads have to go. There’s nothing more important in this app then reading the regulations, but you make it near impossible with the ads continuously popping up.

App is completely unusable due to constant repeating full screen ads and has been for quite a while judging by the reviews. What a waste.

I can’t even begin to navigate the app because video ads continually pop up. The initial screen is the only useful feature. I can use it to show my license in lieu of the physical card but if I try to look at say, saltwater fishing regulations, here come the ads.

This app could be an amazing app and has potential to be very useful but the main issue I have is that I can’t sync any of my licenses, I have an iPhone 6s and I’ve logged in but I can’t sync my licenses to the app. (As I’m writing this it is 7/28/2023) I’ve read through most of the reviews on the Apple AppStore for this app and I’ve found a few of them that have this same issue that are also very recent. Hopefully SC DNR can fix this issue soon.

Try to add a license and it locks up

Having trouble syncing my fishing license to the app I push add license and just freezes but other than that great app

Clicking through to get a fishing license was relatively painless, I’ll give it that. Going to any other resource (eg. Freshwater Regulation) results in full screen ads that, once closed or allowed to play through, wait three entire seconds before playing again in full screen! I still have no idea what that page would have told me. Once my fishing license arrives in the mail I will be uninstalling this app.
