The camera is 1080p, but it can not download due to the resolution >720p???????? Resolution >720P! Video file with resolution >720P will not save ti iOS photo library!

Iphone Will NOT save 4k video
My iphone x Will only save 720, anything higher does NOT work. The resolution Can NOT be higher than 720. Is that correct?
WI-FI
It will not accept the initial password given in the manual. The SSID does not match the one given in the manual. That’s too bad The SSID which appears is: GPLUSPROmeras and not: SPORTS DV....... ( serial number)
