評価は最低でも星を1つつけなければいけないのでついていますが、マイナス10個でもいい位だと思っています。SB Iオンラインバンキングを開設した時は日本に住んでおりましたが、その後海外転勤となりました。外国送金しようとしたらこちらのアプリを入れなきゃいけないということなので手続きをしておりましたが、日本に住んでいないと送金できないとの信じられない回答がありました。これは不適切を通り越して犯罪行為ではないかと思っています。そもそも外貨預金目的でSB Iに口座を作らないよう働きかけていきたいと思います。
いつの間にか新生銀行から外貨送金をしようとするとこのアプリ一択になっていたためやむなくインストール しかしたとえば住所の入力に半角数字が使えず全角数字もはねられ六とか漢数字を使わざるを得ない有様 マイナカードも免許も本人の顔面認証データも複数の角度からの写真を撮影させられてもはや一旦入金させた外貨は意地でも外部に出させないようにしているとしか思えない こんな仕様のアプリを作らされた会社に同情を禁じ得ない
Took several phone calls, had to reregister for this app to work because shinsei bank and the app dont share details. odd if you ask me. But after all paperwork was done and the wait period was done. It took only few days to register account to transfer the funds and then another 2 days usually for all to arrive. it is far from perfect, but if you prepare 1 month for paperworks etc. Once all setup it works pretty good.
申込完了メールにはアプリで手続きした場合は24時間程で使用可能になると書かれているが、アプリで操作しようとすると完了通知受領後に開始可能というメッセージ。FAQにも記載なく、電話で問い合わせたところ「総合的判断により」断りの書類を送付したとのこと。断るならさっさとメール連絡して欲しい。シュレッダー面倒。

It takes time to start using this system. They do not explain so when you apply so need to be careful.
Using this app is like being punished for having money. You’re basically being accused of a crime for trying to send money overseas. Their sluggish bureaucratic idiocy just adds to the complete misery of this insult to convince. Tying your money to a carrier pidgins leg is probably more effective.

アプリ以前に新生銀行のオペレーションが最悪です。ちょっとした不備で手続きが止まり、長々とした電話でのやりとりが始まります。入力に際するガイドもルール説明もなく、後日電話が来て、入力やり直し、その繰り返しです。時間がかかって仕方がありません。
Took much time in each phase, initial registration, beneficiary registration and associating with Shinsei Bank. Took a few business days for each phase and couldn’t start a transaction in a week. Online registrations in other services took less time. Additionally cleaning all input in going back of beneficiary registration was quite a bad experience.
