HOW IT WORKS:
1. Get ready to record your internal dialogs for topics concerning you with 2 alternating roles (Mentor and Mentee) and modified voices
2. Listen to your internal dialogue as an Observer and get INSIGHTS you have never received before
3. As a Mentee, you tell the problem or situation that is most exciting for you now and ask a question to Mentor
4. Then as a Mentor, you listen to Mentee’s problem and question with a changed voice (to distance from oneself)
5. Then like a Mentor you can talk with the Mentee only with helping questions that you think will help them to solve their problem by themselves
6. As a Mentee, you listen to a Mentor also with a modified voice (to distance from oneself)
7. As a Mentee, you just give honest answers to Mentor’s questions and try to find insights and new ideas that are able to solve your problem
8. You add these insights and the first steps into a special form in the App. The first steps allow you to implement your insights in your real life
9. During the dialog between a Mentee and a Mentor, you are getting advice to help you ask and answer efficiently
10. You are able to stop your internal dialog anytime and listen to it in full from the Observer role like you listen to conversations of other people
METHODOLOGY BASIS
The Internal Dialog method used in the App was not publicly available and has been used in Mental Training for Astronauts, Special Forces, and Olympic Teams. The method was adopted by the international group of psychologists and professional athletes led by Armen Arustamov, former Tennis Pro & Psychologist from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU)
