They had a fake Etsy customer service number I clicked it and they used this app to try to help but immediately go off the phone once they had access. I’m not sure what damages can be done but I deleted the app immdiately.

I will NEVER NEVER EVER purchase anything from Etsy again!!! I’ve been trying to contact them to download my pictures I purchased for printing. I’ve been trying since I ordered them on October 30th 2023!!! Every time I try to login to my account it keeps saying that I have the wrong password! I try again and it STILL says that the password isn’t correct! I even put in a password that said, I hate Etsy with no spaces. Never works. They took my money right away but their customer service, via chat, was absolutely HORRIBLE! So now I have to count it a loss of money!!! It reduced me to tears. Been trying TODAY since 9 AM CST!!! Never never ever again again!

Please don’t use this app. I was scammed by someone who took my call. They got into my phone, bank account and cash app. Please don’t download this app

My Amazon had an issue as you can see had been hacked because when I tried to verify it gave me an 800 number they told me to download this app try to get it to my cash app told me to go to my cash app and see if I see any purchases from Dayton Ohio I did not he got very rude with me. He asked me to send $253 but then he said they’re going to add the money from that and not mine my bank declined it because I keep my car lock and would not show him my cash app bank card number, this is getting out-of-control
