Help!!
My Gourmet Traveler keeps popping up with "unable to download" when I click into the app. I have a full year's subscription which I cannot access and I fear deleting the app will delete my entire subscription. Please help!

I can’t access my back issues (which I cook from more frequently than recent ones). I won’t be renewing

Constantly trying to get me to subscribe when I have already purchased subscription and logged in.
No customer service
I have had a gourmet traveller subscription but had to reset my iPad and now can’t login. I have email Gourmet Traveller to fix but have had no reply. Very poor customer service.

Read permission expires after several months and request to renew appear at a cost of $3.99. This is unreasonable for a product that has been purchased already
