Gousto

Absolutely love having all these different ingredients delivered to my door and making lovely new meals, one for everyday of the week. I struggle to pick out new foods when I go shopping and I was also never great at cooking I found I was always making the same thing and I got bored, but not with Gousto! I have made sooo many different recipes that I have loved. They have made it so easy to follow the recipe instructions too!

I have no problems with the orders I’ve placed but the update you have done has not fixed any bugs! It’s very slow and I can only get as far as selecting a date before I’m kicked out of the app!

App keeps crashing on iPad, can't get beyond first screen. QR code on recipes only takes you to the gousto website. Recipes take ages and very complex. Absolutely rubbish!

Shocking customer service, shocking business practise, avoid at all costs! I went to see how much it would cost if we were to return to Gousto, when I saw the price I decided against this and closed the window. Without my knowledge or consent Gousto have signed me up to a subscription and used my old card details to take money from my bank. I contacted customer services and they refused a refund or to cancel the order. Apparently this is how the busniess works, it is deceitful and predatory, avoid.

Amazing flavours and value, helps getting more veg and to try new recipes. Like eating out every night. No waste, and portion sizes. Would be great if you have a lack of storage space or stuck in a rut cooking wise.

So fresh ingredients and really enjoying cooking from scratch. Great value!

My daughter introduced me to Gousto and I cannot believe how tasty these meals are and how easy they are to make. Step by step guide on the recipe sheep or on your phone! My evening cooking has just turned a corner and throughly enjoy making the meals! Best ever!!👍🎉Thank you!!
