Not rewarding chests and spins disappearing
As a GOP club member, GOP boasts as a perk a quicker response time when support is needed. I reported 4 days ago that I did not receive my 8 team chests and today that 7 silver event spins disappeared after 1 spin. Received zero response. You can’t start a new ticket when your original question hasn’t been answered so you get a stream with several complaints so not all needs are addressed. They also lie. I received a diamond key for a balloon game from a 600 point chest. They said that I didn’t, but I did. 6 days later and still no response.
Pretty Good
This is definitely the best poker game on the app store. It’s also very rigged at times but that can be said about every gambling based game. i would just stay away from black jack.

Algorithm problems
No way in real poker ever allow a full house with tens and kings be beaten by tens with aces. Fix that please. Also never would a 4 of a kind be beaten by a full house. I don’t care how many chips are on the table by the loser. These things keep hate me. Fix it please. I live in Reno, Nevada USA and I have played real poker for years. Again, I believe these are algorithm problems. If not it is not fixed this year, I will find another game to play online, even though I really enjoy all the other games here p.

Dealer hits 20 with sus regularity
Can’t purchase a bundle
I wanted to spend 5$ but it won’t let me purchase it. It says this deals with data that we don’t dare to mess with. Then it wants me to contact support which I did and I haven’t heard anything. How do you list things for sale then not let people buy them.
Rigged games
I try and do the achievements and it says I have to play 15 hands of blackjack. How do I get to that 15 hands and only have won once? This game is very much rigged and I have been playing it for many months now. I don’t understand how the dealer can get 20 MULTIPLE times in a row while I am constantly getting 15? It is obvious the game is rigged when I know if I need a small number I automatically get a 10, and if I need a 10, I get hit with a 5. The dealer is always winning and you can guess when they’re going to win easily because it is always the same. Fix the game and make it fair.
Great game, disappointing support
I have played this game for well over a year, and have spent quite a bit of money. Recently my game crashed whilst playing and mysteriously lost almost all of my chips, I have contacted support multiple times and was told an agent would be with me shortly. It has been over a week and I have received no updates or in game compensation.
BLACKJACK
I know blackjack isn’t the main game on GOP3, but my only complaints are with the blackjack. There are only 2 things I hope to get improved. 1. Please tell us how many cards are left in the shoe, and when we hit the cut card. 2. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE show us the dealers cards after we bust. It’s rather frustrating taking a loss and then not being able to see the dealers 2nd card Other than that this game is absolutely perfect. I sit in my car after work and play this for roughly 30-45 mins everyday
