「母乳友善社區計劃」（BFCI）是由香港大學李嘉誠醫學院護理學院主辦，香港大學兒童及青少年科學系、香港大學婦產科學系、香港母乳育嬰協會及自然育兒網絡合辦。BFCI計劃受香港特別行政區政府－食物及衞生局資助，旨在為商戶及公共場所職員及管理人員提供培訓，宣傳對母乳餵哺的友善態度，同時開發全新手機應用程式母乳GPS。
計劃希望透過母乳GPS的以下功能幫助照顧者滿足照顧嬰幼兒的需要，鼓勵媽媽持續餵哺母乳，共建「母乳餵哺友善社區」：
1. 母乳餵哺設施搜尋器
母乳GPS為媽媽提供即時、實用且準確的育嬰設施位置及相關設備資料。用戶可透過程式內各項簡單易用的搜尋功能，按個人需要及喜好，尋找區內最近的母乳餵哺設施及母乳友善場所。
2. 嬰幼兒成長日誌
用戶可使用日誌功能記錄日常照顧嬰幼兒的不同範疇，包括餵食、泵奶、換片、睡眠等，以及嬰幼兒的發育進度。
本應用程式的內容均須透過互聯網獲取，用戶須注意本應用程式會消耗流動數據用量。
