Awesome!!!! It’s simple enough not to be complicated and complicated enough to be effective!!! Exactly what I was looking for!!

Easy to use. Totally helped me when I struggled with large multi-stepped projects. Also, fast response when I reached out for a question.

This app, Smart Queues and GQueues' ability to integrate with calendar and mail, have made it essential to keeping me on track.

This app is great for staying organized if you have a lot of different categories of tasks to manage in your life. I love how you can sync it with google calendar (two way sync) so that tasks appear not just on the day of but at the time of too. Another great thing is that when you check it off in this app, it shows a check mark in the synced calendar. My two biggest issues with this app: 1) there is no way to make changes to more than one task at a time. 2) it's not designed for efficiency. If you are nesting subtasks within tasks within queues within categories, that's a lot of steps to get to one task when each time you tap you get to a new screen. There should be more of a collapsible outline layout to save you time.

Have been using this app for approx 3 years and it's been a great tool for keeping track of ongoing projects with multiple collaborators. It would be much more powerful/useful if it offered the ability to enter an estimate of time to complete each task so you could better plan for staffing levels.

This destroys all other task management apps out there.

This is truly the best app on the market for organizing your notes and to do lists. There's so many ways to customize this app to fit all your needs in more ways than one. GQs you rock!
