App no longer works
After I updated to IOS 12, the app no longer works. How can I solve the problem?

How do I get support or a refund?
How can I get a refund? This app doesn't see the photos on my camera. The camera is connected and is seen by the official Ricoh app. this app is always stuck at "loading images". I don't use twitter. App support is only available on twitter???How do I get support or a refund?
