Grabaseat

I can sign into air nz app no problem but I go to sign in with the same account on this app it says the account doesn’t exist. Garbage experience.

Can't sign in even you have change or updated your password or email with air New Zealand Apps

Grabaseat doesn’t allow me to log in unfortunately. I’ve tried removing the app and redownloading it, but I still can’t log in. I can log in on the browser but not the app. Ive tried signing up but it says an account already exists. There is no “reset password” function either. This issue has been happening for a while. I’d love to hear when it’s resolved. Thanks

Am able to sign into Air NZ, Airpoints, and Grabaseat online, as well as the Air NZ app. But it is impossible to sign into this Grabaseat app. Not sure why, but sick of wasting time trying to set this up on my phone.

Needs a serious upgrade, very basic and could use a complete overhaul, not very easy to use unlike the airnz app which is much easier to navigate

Could definitely be far more user-friendly and the menu options should be far easier to navigate than they currently are. They’re not even in any logical order which is quite frustrating.

There’s an option to disable notifications - it doesn’t work.

This used to be a great wee app. But for months now it has been unusable. Won’t recognise my password (which btw works on the AirNZ app) and i can never get in. Have just deleted it 😞

Grabaseat is great but when you have the Air New Zealand app, I found it redundant. You can set up alerts, but it’s the same prices and you get rerouted back to AirNZ most of the time - unless you can travel on a Tuesday.

Reset my password 10 times and still can’t get in
