Shades and Blinds Motorization

Description

Graber Motorization App
CONVENIENT SHADE CONTROL FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

Easy to set up and use, the Graber Motorization App makes life easier by giving you full control of your Graber Motorized Shades from your mobile device
- Intuitive and user-friendly
- Powered by Bluetooth/Z-Wave technology.
- Monitors the battery life of your paired shades and remotes.
- Optional Graber Motorization Gateway (USB/plug) allows for shade control from anywhere in the world.
- Grant permission to family members to control shades through multi-user functionality.

For the optimal experience, the app has the ability to combine Bluetooth and Z-Wave for total control of your shades.

Bluetooth-Only Functionality
- Bluetooth-enabled shades pair easily to a mobile device without a gateway for in-home use.
- Enjoy full shade control with instant response time.
- Set up Routines to open and close multiple shades at specific times.
- Ability to update firmware for continued enhancements.

Graber Gateway (Z-Wave) Functionality
- Control your shades with the Graber App from anywhere in the world.
- Shades can be integrated with voice-controlled smart home devices, like Alexa and Google Home.
- Set up Routines to open and close multiple shades at specific times, such as sunrise and sunset.
- Ability to use new gateway plug as a smart plug, increasing your smart home experience.
- Easily control single or multiple motorized shades (recommended up to 7 shades per gateway device*) directly from your mobile device.

Safety: Look like you're at home—even when you're not—by raising and lowering shades automatically.

Energy Efficiency: About 30% of a home's heating energy is lost through windows. Automating allows you to strategically open shades to let sunlight help heat your home or close them to maximize insulation at the window. You can also reduce heat gain from sunlight in the summer.**

For the Sophisticated Home: From the beauty of Graber Shades to the beauty of cutting-edge control, Graber ensures each room makes a powerful, sophisticated statement.

*Number of shades per gateway depends on many factors, including the number of remotes added. Each shade associates exclusively with one gateway; you cannot control the same shade with multiple gateway devices. If a home requires more shades to be lifted, simply add another gateway device.

Graber Motorization Reviews

“Shades” room designation keeps resetting to “No Room”

Guyho on

United States

What gives with this? I’m not sure if it’s an app refresh or some other reason that keeps removing the room assignments for each shade. Also, why not offer users a way to enter the close percentage number in addition to the graphical shade drag, which can be difficult to set for multiple shades to the same percentage.

Completely Worthless

Fix the App!

gigi03868201 on

This is the worst app - so bad I’m regretting purchasing this brand of blinds. For how expensive their motorization is, they should provide reliable tech to operate the blinds. My gateway is constantly disconnecting, and the app keeps shutting down whenever you try to reconnect to anything. Such a great idea, abysmally poor app development & support.

Pause routine not working

Jobkin on

Please fix the bug on the pause routine functionality.. It does work..Nothing happens when you press the pause routine icon.

Worked for about 3 minutes

ka-dx on

The shades I paired disappeared from the app and there’s no clear way to restore them. Very disappointed and now have little faith that it will ever get repaired.

Horrible useless app

lotus88 on

United States

This is one of the worst app ever. Expensive window treatment paired with the worst app makes this whole windows treatment worthless. The app kept losing the data, configuration and routines. Don’t waste your money buying any more expensive windows treatment when they are too cheap to hire some quality software engineers to write reasonable code to control.

Terrible

Useless app. It actually makes the products it is supposed to control worse.

Very inconsistent

Does not function properly. Shades don’t respond. Poor design. Loses room assignments. Fix this!

Awful

SootedPear on

United States

This is perhaps the most dysfunctional and ineffective app currently installed on my phone. I have top down / bottom up shades that simply won't work correctly with my iOS version, and I fear that Graber will never keep up with Apple updates. Frustrating and disappointing.

Graver app does not work

spyderwebspinner on

United States

The app worked for the first couple months. I don’t even remember anymore when it stopped working, but if you’re considering getting motorized blinds that can be programmed to open and close automatically - don’t get this brand. Not worth it.
