Filter for selecting experiences versus others doesn’t work so can be frustrating to find what you want to look at in a type. Please fix.

Im usually happy with purchases from Grabone but my latest 2 purchases above of one arriving in a damaged box and the other impossible to figure out as no instructions - lead me to contact the Help Desk. Want to return both and happy to have a voucher to use on something else. This is the Help Desk response …take your concerns to the Discussion Board! What a waste of time. Hope no one else has this trouble!
