This app it’s nice but the grailed team it’s an idiot I mean who work in grailed because I keep putting autentic stuff but they are saying your listing it’s inautentic. They are absolutely not informed about the style.

Stop banning me

Good at p but constantly getting banned for no reason at all. i can’t buy or offer for anything without getting banned

A soulless company.

I have been scammed twice on this app. The first time, thankfully, it was over a small sum of money that PayPal returned to me, despite the fact that Grailed support refused to help me even though I had photo evidence and financial records to back it. The second time was even worse. I sold an item to a user, they then gave me a 1 star review and used it to try and leverage me into refunding them in full. The buyer made multiple completely false complaints in the review, but even when I proved these as false to Grailed support, they refused to help because they have a policy of “not amending feedback”. So, essentially, my account was rendered useless due to a proven false review, all because Grailed refuse to protect their customers. This is all without mentioning their refusal to address the communities outcries regarding the large increase in sales tax. Don’t fool yourself. Grailed do not care about you. It’s a good app until something goes wrong, and Grailed decide it’s appropriate to conduct borderline illegal and fraudulent activity. All the 5 star reviews of Grailed are from people that have never had to deal with their horrid customer “support”. Download at your own risk.

App not working

I love this app and probably use it daily but now im getting a notification when i enter the app to update the app and when i go to update it in the store it says its already updated and not i cant use the app. Please help

Hold on a Minute.

I found the search options very frustrating. You can’t refine the results by gender, there are women’s items in the listings, you can’t refine by size and by location. People posting items at very low prices, but the shipping costs are crazy expensive, not sure if these are genuine mistakes or sellers trying to do people. A number of sellers I contacted wanted to do sales ‘off app’ so they didn’t have to pay fees.
